Community Partnerships in New Jersey & New YorK

StrongMinds America (SMA) is working with partners in throughout Northern New Jersey and New York to close the mental health treatment gap for women and young people. Our evidence-based, innovative, globally-recognized program instantly increases an organization's capacity to provide for the mental health needs of their client communities.

Our first partnership was with Newark Opportunity Youth Network (NOYN) to close the mental health services gap  for  young people  served at two LEAD Charter Schools. Currently,  we  are partnered with community-based organizations, high schools and universities in Essex, Union, and Hudson  counties   and in NYC.
